Viewing arranged and no viewing on their system. Another viewing cancelled, 2 reasons given person off sick and the person wishing to view cancelled. Never informed of viewing cancellation. Being told we won't speak to you, your name is not on our system. Totally incompetent. No communication....

Very poor
Arranged for valuation Friday 3pm
Was called Thursday afternoon to say that a member of staff had called in sick and likely won’t be available for the 3pm, said that I’d already arranged with tenant and if anything would be possible they said they’d call me first thing to let me know.
