I recently ordered a birthday cake for my son from here. The system was all new however they dealt with it really well, we're extremely helpful throughout including my several phone calls.
I also contacted the main hub in Trostre who would be making my cake and they went above and beyond to ensure that I had the design I needed.
The cake was absolutely delicious, light, fluffy and not too sweet.
I'm very pleased with my purchase and will use them in the future it was delicious simply delicious.

Nice Jenkins, food is readily available and it's always nice and busy, food never usually stands for long so most of it is lovely and warm. Staff are extremely friendly and great with the kids and the dog. Its conveniently situated with parking in the front.

I love Jenkins' products ! Especially their mocha coffee and custard slices. The staff in all the Jenkins' I've visited are friendly and knowledgeable, but those in my local branch are wonderful (Pontarddulais).

Asked for a cheese and tomato pizza. Received a hard bread roll with tomato puree and no cheese. Customer service quick to reply but not to my satisfaction, they required details of when, where, where the pizza was taken from etc. Standard of this bakery has deteriorated over the last few years. Due to this and unsatisfactory customer care, I shall just visit Greggs in future and refrain from Jenkins.
