Vile shop felt like a criminal when I was there with my daughter on Wednesday. The manager followed us all round that shop as if we was bagging up everything, 2 things we picked up. But to follow us to the tills aswell is something, will never shop there again. I work in trostre myself and will never step foot there again.

Draconian returns policy who gives credit notes in this day and age? Perfect way to alienate customers and not to have repeat sales I will never go back there.

3 members of staff on the shop floor. All walked passed and ignored us while we were waiting for assistance with the trainers. One finally acknowledged us and said she'd get someone to help us. 10 minutes later with staff still walking passed us. Nobody showed up. They were stood by the tills talking. Ridiculous service. How do you get any business!
