When I was shopping in Home Bargains at the Crosshands store this afternoon, I couldn?t find a product and I asked a shop assistant where I could find this item, she stopped what she was doing and instantly helped me find what I was looking for, when I asked her what her name is she said her name is Bethany, I thanked her for her help and she said it?s fine and that?s what she?s there for, she was kind, genuine, nothing was too much trouble for her, she had a bubbly sense of humour, she made me feel at ease when she was showing me the different products that was available of what I was looking for. Thank you very much Bethany for your help today, your a credit to the store, keep up the good work.

Had a lovely young lady help me out a few days ago in the cross hands store she is a credit to your store so polite. I suffer with anxiety but she made me feel really relaxed. She told me her name was phoebe. Wish all shop workers were as nice and polite as she was.

We used to have 3 pieces of bacon and 3 sausages in a bread roll for £2.49 but now one member of staff is only putting one slice of bacon and two sausages in a roll,and also not putting enough milk in jug to have two cups of tea out of pot.so that one slice of bacon in a roll is costing £1.99 and the two sausages 50p.all other staff are fantastic and give you correct amount you pay for.,been going there since the cafe opened and never had a complaint,two of my neighbours also have the same problem with this member of staff and now go to Greggs,thinking of paying the extra and going to Greggs myself.love the store and till staff are friendly and fast,super helpful.
