Not the warmest of Customer service experience. Perhaps it?s being Canadian and having 1st class customer service from Canadian banks that makes it challenging having to deal with these people. Heaven help some individuals when the pandemic is over, how will they cope having to provide a broader service to customers??

Warm & welcoming staff. Always greeted with a smile & always asked if I can be helped rather than waiting for a cashier. Never had any major queuing issues, longest I waited was about 10 or maybe 15 minutes.
