Had a great experience dealing with EE in Llanelli Trostre shop. Amanda dealt with me. She was very helpful in finding me the right phone to buy. She was very friendly and knowledgeable. I would recommend anyone to go to the Trostre store.

New to EE, it worked for 2 days. But now it doesn't work. And there's nothing they can do for a week. They'll make it sound good when they're taking your money. stick with the internet you've got or just go BT

Terrible customer service literary felt like it was too much bother for the staff to do anything . So many other phone companies out there offering way better deals than EE. Ben a loyal customer for over 10 years. and have no interest in deals for you or keeping you as a customer

I went to this store regarding some issues I was having with a early upgrade returning bag after speaking to multiple people on the phone and getting nowhere with them over the phone walked in to this store and was greeted at the door by Britney was polite and very helpful couldn't ask for a 5 star rating

Of course it gets 5 stars. Went to renew my phone contract and saved £62 a month.
Helpful knowledgeable staff. Almost tempted to upgrade, but apparently I may receive several texts soon about a folding phone. Hey ho!

called into shop as i was having problems with my mobile the day before, the first person to speak to me was a young man who said there were some outages on the day before he did not look or try phone, i went outside and tried it again to no avail, when i re-entered the shop i was served by a young lady called Emily she tried phone and said i could be a faulty sim card she then replaced the sim with a new one and then checked it was all working, she was very helpfull and professional.

I went to the Llanelli store a few days ago, as my Google pixel wasn't charging. Matthew was friendly and very knowledgeable, and quickly sorted out the issue for me. Thank you Matthew!
