“When I was shopping in Home Bargains at the Crosshands store this afternoon, I couldn’t find a product and I asked a shop assistant where I could find this item, she stopped what she was doing and instantly helped me find what I was looking for, when I asked her what her name is she said her name is Bethany, I thanked her for her help and she said it’s fine and that’s what she’s there for, she was kind, genuine, nothing was too much trouble for her, she had a bubbly sense of humour, she made me feel at ease when she was showing me the different products that was available of what I was looking for.
