Haven?t been back since 3 years ago. Rude staff member, who said I wasn?t welcome in here? , after having brought her up on her manners. Her behaviour drove me speechless, and pushed my buttons. Complained to Manager, and her response was ?If you don?t like our service, go elsewhere. So I have. Tumble post office and shops from now on!

Came into this post office today waited my turn and then was told by the one member of staff that was serving she would be serving a long line of customers with baskets of shopping next although I had been waiting to be served before them as they were paying customers, absolutely fuming so I left and went to another post office.

Abrupt and rude staff member. Terrible customer service. Now travel slightly further for a better service with kind staff.Definitely not a good representation of the post office and the abysmal staffing standards!

As another review mentioned, if there was an option for 0 stars, I would give this place 0 stars. Absolutely shameful customer service. What a joke. Avoid this place at all costs, I promise it?s worth avoiding this place!

Coronavirus has become an excuse for so many things but I can't see how it has given some of the staff here an excuse to be particularly rude and aggressive to their customers. We all understand the need to keep our distance but the majority of businesses manage to organise it in a friendly and professional manner, hence I now travel just that bit further to Penygroes Post Office where I am greeted with a smile which as far as I'm aware isn't against any restrictions! Come on Cross Hands look at your reviews and do something about it.

If I could select Zero Stars I would. Rude staff and abusive if you give an opinion different to theirs I.e. 20 minutes outside queuing and been told having to go outside and queue again. Will take their advice and visit other post offices in the area in future!
