My bathroom was drab, dreary and cramped. I went to Coast hoping they could give me inspiration. And I was not disappointed. Excellent guidance from Garin who helped me put it all together with lovely quality products and on budget. Great work from Rob the fitter who kept me informed every step of the way as to what he was doing and has done a high quality job. Did hit some unexpected issues but Rob resolved those with no problem. Can't recommend them highly enough.

I used Coast to design and install my new kitchen. The service was very professional from start to finish. They were very accommodating and made the whole process as stress-free as possible - nothing was too much trouble. As well as fulfilling my (long!) list of demands and ideas, they were able to refine them during the design process and the installation itself, resulting in a finished kitchen that far exceeds my expectations. Had my coast kitchen installed and had to leave a review as I found them so amazing, from the very start I was kept informed of a build date and when my kitchen would be finished. Excellent work from Phil our fitter who cleaned up at the end of the day , very trustworthy as we went away before completion and had no problems everything all finished by the time we got home. We have a very nice Coast bathroom but then this happens. Pretty on the outside but what lurks under the floorboards. A leak from the pipe from the shower tray through the ceiling in the hall. Substandard plumbing which is now going to cost us a few quid to put the plumbing right and replaster the hall ceiling. We contacted Coast and they were totally disinterested and couldn't get us out of the shop quick enough. I'd just like to warn future customers incase it happens to them as their product is not cheap. Edited - If saying 'What are your thoughts on this' was intimidation then we were intimidating. She immediately lost control and put the shutters up. Garin dissappeared quickly when she started raising her voice ?. I do wish I'd recorded our conversation with Melanie. Customer Service zero ?. Final edit from us now - The initial response from Melanie at Coast has been deleted. I can understand that as it would have definitely hurt future business if read by potential customers. Just beware folks.

Garin came out and design my bathroom! His thought process and layout was excellent i did not want to change anything! I loved what he created!He run several options by me in terms of lowering the cost, fitted by a local company and the result was incredible! Thanks so much to Coast and Garin!

I have taken to writing this review as my experience with Coast was beyond exceptional and I wanted to show if anyone is looking to replace their bathroom that they really need to give this company a call.The quality of the workmanship and their experience gave me real confidence.From start to finish the two projects was done in the time specified with ongoing communication from Mel who designed both.Overall I cannot recommend Coast enough, absolutely fantastic customer service and I highly recommend.Services: Bathtub installation

Rather useless company. They visited, measured for multiple bathrooms, got back to us a couple of weeks later with a very high price for one bathroom and "we'll send further quotes tomorrow", after chasing them up twice as we didn't know which "tomorrow " we should be waiting for, we gave up. We waited for over 60 tomorrows.The lady owner doesn't really know what she's talking about, she comes across as a yes person agreeing with anything you might suggest. Her equipment is dated and dirty.Not professional at all. Don't waste your time. I'll happily provide the emails for anyone to see how incompetent they are.
