Over the past weeks I have visited the St Elli Shopping Centre, Card factory store in Llanelli.I would like to say a massive thank you to Shannon. Shannon was so helpful, caring as well as being very welcoming and professional.She really was interested in what I wanted and valued my time.Shannon is a real credit to the Card factory. I hope Shannon receives the recognition she so rightly deserves.On my first visit there was another lady on shift with blonde hair, so I did not get her name but she was also very friendly, helpful and caring.Stay safe Shannon.Best wishes.Linzey. We use this shop once a year to buy all the 100 birthday cards we send to family and friends. It has an extensive range of cards to suit most peoples requirements and most of the time the shop is not to busy with the exception of Christmas time. Nice shop and friendly helpful staff, here you can take time browsing without feeling too harrassed.
