“So I was in Llanelli to have a birthday meal with a friend, however, I also needed to pick up a card and a gift for another friend who’s birthday it was who I’d be seeing later that day.

I tried to purchase the items I was looking for from an independent trader nearby but sadly they did not sell what I was looking for.

So I came here to get what I needed. The store was a little busy and there only appeared to be one member of staff about who was on the till serving customers.

I waited patiently and the member of staff assisted me with regard to what I was looking for. They were knowledgeable, friendly and very helpful.

The displays were a bit jumbled and untidy which made finding what I was looking for a little harder. However, the staff member was very attentive to customers so had very little time to tidy considering she was on her own.

It was service with a smile and a bubbly personality which left a memorable shopping experience.”
