We donated to you and had a friendly conversation over the phone, asking if you would take ornaments. One of your staff said: yes, as long, as they're wrapped and boxed, you could make good use of them. Your drivers said no, they would not take them. One says one thing, another one says something different. I don't know, what all that is about.....the drivers were friendly but had no condolences or even a little empathy. Very sad and poor!!

Great little charity shop. Always changing the displays so it's fresh and changed each time we happen to visit.They also sell brand new items which are made especially for the BHF.Staff are always friendly and helpful, too.
