Shout out to the young boy Morgan who's helped us loads of times when it comes to the cutting of the wood and boards. He's patient and double checks everything. He helps us when We're not sure. ?? He needs a pay rise for dealings with us.

Normally I have a very good experience but yesterday, I got ID?d for expanding foam. Despite using my trade account card ? and both my fiancé and I are in our 30?s, the old women serving us refused to sell us expanding foam. No common sense with us buying paint and covered in paint. I?m 36 and I know my botox is good, but neither of us look 17!! My fiancé had his ID showing he was 31 and she still wouldn?t serve us! What a jobs worth! I won?t be stepping foot in Llanelli B&Q again!! What an absolute idiot of a women. I should of waited for her to get the manager because I didn?t know whether to be hugely insulted or take the insult as a compliment!

Outstanding Service from Morgan at B&Q
I had the pleasure of being helped by a young man named Morgan during my recent visit to B&Q, and I can?t speak highly enough of the service he provided. From the moment I approached him, Morgan was incredibly approachable and friendly, which immediately put me at ease.
He was not only knowledgeable about the products I needed but also took the time to listen and understand my situation. His sympathetic and understanding nature made a real difference?he genuinely cared about helping me find the right solution, rather than just making a sale.
Morgan?s appreciation for customers shone through in the way he communicated and handled every question with patience and professionalism. It?s rare to come across someone who is both well-informed and so genuinely kind.
B&Q is lucky to have someone like Morgan on their team. He turned what could have been a stressful shopping trip into a pleasant and reassuring experience. Thank you, Morgan!

We?ve recently got a kitchen from b&q, we were helped by Kathleen, she was fantastic and really helped us get the kitchen we wanted and too our budget, Michelle was brilliant and answered all of our questions, the ladies were lovely with my son and gave him colours and even offered him a drink. Top class service, thank you girls!

Absolutely pathetic..!!
Got to the store & realised id forgotten my phone with order number, email ect.
Told couldnt have my items without order number.
Lots of others stores just take details name, address ect & accept that.
I wasnt getting powertools - just planks of wood. I do not make a habit of going around stores on a Sunday morning pretending to be other people & just claiming items that aren?t mine.
She said order number only.
We drove half hour home, & lucky an auntie was shopping nearby, so i sent her the details & she went into store - only to be told screenshots are not acceptable. How pathetic - where do you think she got them from.?
Not really worth fraud over a few planks if wood.
I will be now cancelling my order & going elsewhere.
I was also going to order £200 worth of worktops - but think ill go elsewhere now.
Regimental jobsworths - & head office need to check themselves & get with other stores.
