“Just want to say what an incredible service I received at this garage. I was booked in for an MOT at the last minute, and they made everything so easy. I was able to drop my car off early and post the keys through the letterbox. I was kept fully informed throughout the day. When I was told there were advisories, they took the time to clearly explain what needed to be fixed in order to pass the MOT. If I had sourced the parts myself, it would have cost over £1000. They were honest, upfront, and genuinely had my best interests at heart. They managed to get the parts and fix the vehicle the same day for under £300, and I had the car back that evening. Absolutely brilliant service, thank you so much.”

“Very professional staff, yet quoted double the price that another garage charged. Completely missed an advisory that was repaired before MOT retest and then added an advisory in the retest that wasnt advised the week before in the MOT?!!! Shame as we have 5 cars between us all, that will be taken elsewhere. Very disappointing MOT experience.”

“I went in today with my Peugeot, 107Add my exhaust was hanging off literally. Going in on my own I was worried they were going to try rip me off because that has happened before going in as a girl and them knowing I don’t know much about cars but that was definitely not the case here! The receptionist is absolutely lovely. So welcoming and kind and just a really down to earth woman and the men in the work shop are also so lovely and helpful and they most definitely don’t take the Piss out of anyone! The atmosphere is really calm and friendly! And they worked on my car straight away and welded it back in and only charged £15!!!! They could of asked for a lot more than that and I would of still thought fair game! These guys are Lovely, honest , hard workers with a kind and welcoming business!! “Having used this garage for a few years. I had become disappointed with the service I got recently. But just over a week ago the engine management light came on in the car. I wasn't going to go back to Cross hands motors again. But I was desperate. So I phoned and went down to put the car on the computer. When I got there I was told that the garage was under new management. The computer showed a problem with the injector in chamber 2. I was told that the part was expensive. So I bought the part secondhand. I took the part down. They fitted it and put the car on the computer again. My car is now going better than it ever has done. Amazing. The new manager is very knowledgeable and is concerned that I am happy. I'm so glad the owner has bought in new management. I would be happy to take my car back for its service.”
