Whilst attending the coffee shop I was refused to swipe my Asda Rewards App. The reason given was the Cafe was not owned by Asda but by Compass. This i know is the case in all Asda I have visited in my area...but in the other stores I have always been allowed to use my app and accumulate rewards. Could you clarify this please?

Overall we use the self service tills mostly and we have a good experience, 1 bug bear is the bakery always lacking pancakes and strawberry white choc muffins, would of been 5 stars but every time no matter what time you go in to shop these lines are never on sale

Coffee machine not working but had instant coffee available. Ordered 3 turkey and stuffing rolls £4.95 each. Also ordered chips for an extra £1. Turkey rolls came within 5 mins. To my disappointment, the turkey was from a packet, stuffing was 2 little nuggets. The bap was not buttered but not gonn a cry about that.
I finished my coffee and roll and waited nearly 20mins for the chips. I went and asked and was told "they were going to be a minute". That was 9hours ago!
It was slightly busy but this time of year it's expected.
The two ladies working were out of their depth.

Interesting visit to Cafe today at 3.10 p.m. opted for afternoon tea. Delicious scone served on a plate with cream and jam ( no butter). Opted for a coffee at a cost of 50p extra. What's the problem you ask? They had switched off the dishwasher because the cafe was closing at 3.30 - so drinks had to be served in paper cups. ????. I felt I was a nuisance . Shame really as it's usually a lovely cafe to visit. Just don't go close to closing time
