The 1.25ltr Pepsi Max was priced at £1.46 on the shelf, when we looked at the receipt we were charged £1.98 that is 54p difference on each bottle. If they make over £1 on two items how much extra do they make a day

Avoid at all cost the female security guard here is very unprofessional and downright rude!! accusing customers of not scanning items when they clearly have and have the receipt as proof !! she clearly doesn't believe in dealing with things privately taking customers to the side and talking to them about the issue but instead walks upto them at the till and deliberately humiliates them infront of other customers and members of staff then her and self scan staff making snide remarks towards customers as they off if i could give 0 stars i would it really is that bad!!

the lady security guard with black hair is horrible something didn't scan which thought i did so threw it in the bag but it actually didnt scan but to be so rude and said i did it in purpose, i think she looking to get a payrise or something how she can get away with it i dont know

Very poor store. Despite heavy footfall, only one checkout open while 20 sat closed?unacceptable. I was nearly overcharged for several offer-marked items that scanned at full price. If I hadn?t spoken up, I?d have paid more. Long queues, poor staffing, and misleading pricing reflect terrible management. I left fuming and won?t be back?even if it means paying more elsewhere.

If you advertise that you close at 9pm or 10pm, closing the doors 5 minutes earlier than that is COMPLETELY understandable.
When you consistently close the doors 15 minutes early, when it takes 5 minutes to be in and out at most for grabbing something like bread... That speaks to lazy management, I've worked retail in the past, I can confidently say the only time we shut early is when the managers wanted us to get started on the close-down work earlier than we should be so the managers could get away with doing nothing.
The store is mostly fine outside of that, half the colleagues have no clue about anything but they'll at least try find someone who does, most the time. General Cleanliness and Facing Up Shelves is, well, not all that good.
3/5 Stars, because lazy management, not walking around new colleagues so they know where things are vaguely and cleanliness issues. Closing doors earlier than 5 minutes is for take-aways and restaurants, not a super market.

Went into asda purchased scratch cards only to be told by the cashier was only allowed ten I did win 8 pounds then my partner went to buy 8 and was told couldn't serve her even got the securityover to her absolutely disgusting considering didn't even have a sign up or nothing

Amazing destination filled with lore for tourists. Features a 5 star spar and an indoor swimming pool. Strip club in the toilets for those who like something a little more naughty. A state of the art bar with seating and screens for parents to watch sports and even an area for the kids to play. They have a glorious car park which is patrolled by the power rangers. All situated near an ancient pyramid created many generations ago by a tribe who were trying to summon the Welsh dragon.
10/10 would recommend vising for a family day out

Ordered a cake here for my daughter's birthday with our own photo and it was great, my daughter was really happy.
However, I was planning on taking the cake back to the car and do a little extra food shopping.
Asda, please can you teach your staff the basics of bathroom hygiene.
I used the ladies before going back in and a staff member had used the toilet, left the cubicle without washing her hands and back into the store. After seeing this, I couldn't go back into the store and went home. It may be a small thing to some, but basic hygiene around foods is a must and doesn't take two minutes to wash your hands. Cross contamination and bacteria can spread so easily.

So I went into the bathroom, my mum was buying pizza meal deals, as I went into the men's bathroom the bathroom was really filthy so I had to hold it. I also went into the baby changing room but the toilet paper was jammed. I was really desperate to go. So I had to HOLD IT all the way back home. This is disgusting. Is this how you treat your customers who want to use the bathroom? Your cleaners don't even do a good job at even cleaning too. Absolutely disgusting. I called Asda support but they hung up immediately. How rude. You guys also make it hard to complain, so I am sending a complaint to you via this review. 1 star.
