Totally disgusted with the way the manager just spoke to my MrsDon't go telling customers that their order will be ready to collect after 4pm when you haven't even got the item in stock. Opening hours online as well as on the shop window state 8pm closing time, but at 7.15pm it was closed already, and the staff member inside pretended not to see people outside the door. Very disappointing.
