Called to enquire the availability of a stove advertised on the website and was informed Arcade cannot sell outside west wales and further to this, would only sell if a local customer that can come in store. Needless to say they didn't confirm availability, or ask for confirmation of my location.Would be great to add a note to your website, confirming strictly only for west wales local customers to ensure utmost transparency for future customers.

I have tried for a week to order fire bricks from them. Twice I have been promised a call back and It has not happened. Guessing anybody who has purchased from them will not get any support after a purchase. Terrible service.
