A see front hotel with good rooms and great service. We stayed there for 2 nights in a family room and on second night, there was an issue with on of the room heaters but they were quick to arrange an alternative heater. Rooms were clean. They had good options for non vegetarian breakfast but being vegetarian, I had less. Llandudno pier is 10 mins walk away and Happy Valley Cable car station is 15 minsRooms: Room was very cleanNearby activities: Llandudno pier is 10 mins walk away and Happy Valley Cable car station is 15 mins

Decent hotel. Only stayed 1 night. Clean rooms and friendly staff. Good location for the town amenities but out far enough to be quiet.

Great room. Excellent breakfast. Location ideal for us, just a short walk to all the attractions in Llandudno.

Location is perfect, just a short walk from the railway station & right on the sea front. I only paid £41.63 for a single room, with breakfast (after applying a 12% NHS discount code). All staff were polite & professional. The hotel is spotless, well decorated and maintained. Left luggage is available. My very quiet, super clean & tastefully decorated single room (No 1, ground floor), was spacious, bright & airey (benefitting from a very large window, with two windows that opened). The view is mainly of the back of other hotels, with the moutains to the right. All furniture matched, ie double wardrobe, bedside cabinet, dressing table & stool. There was a modern, padded headboard. The wall mounted, full functioning TV, has a plastic wrapped remote control. This is returned on check out to be plastic wrapped for the next guest (super great idea). There is a wall mounted double radiator, which came on in the morning, & a seperate plug in heater. The bed, bedding & pillows were very comfortable. Drinks station was well stocked, inc biscuits & a hot chocolate sachet. The bathroom was well equipped with sink, toilet & shower cubicle. There was plenty of hot water & excellent water pressure from the shower. Free toiletries are provided. Towels were of a good standard. Breakfast was extremely good, consisting of a buffet style layout for drinks (hot & cold), cerals, fresh fruits, yogurts, bread / toaster. Table service for hot items, ie full English, etc. I would very happily stay here again & would highly recommend it.

A good hotel to stay in. Staff really friendly and helpful, breakfast great, parking at rear of hotel, central location on the beach front. A couple of niggles with our room (11), the sliding bathroom door had no runner at bottom so swung if not opened properly, handprints on wall above toilet (definitely from a man?s stance!) and only 1 of the windows could open which wasn?t ideal on a hot and humid stay. The other window which was sealed shut had mould on which is inevitable with improper ventilation so this could do with being addressed. The 2 bay window seats were ripped in places and fabric had come away so that doesn?t look particularly great. Apart from these few things the room was very clean and a good size and if we were to to Llandudno again we would definitely stay here again.

I stayed in room 51 for one night as a solo traveller and the room location perfectly suited me as I like my own space and peace. The room was very hot but that was circumstantial to the heat wave. The reception team was very helpful, allowing me to store my luggage in a lobby before check-in and carrying my rucksack to my room. Great breakfast with very dutiful servers. Would definitely stay again as the hotel is perfectly situated on the beach front close to all amenities.
