Kind, thoughtful, knowledgeable, and helpful staff. Catering to the last customer of the day with a request for book ideas far outside of his zone. Ideas given, I returned the following morning as the first customer of the day with the new colleague as helpful and informative as the other. Perfect.

Visited Waterstones cafe this mornings looking forward to my flat white coffee which last time was excellent just before Christmas. Only to be given a small very strong coffee with milk which was awful , took it back the girl said it was a flat white and if I wanted a more milky coffee ask for an Americano,just a shame when it?s hit and miss depending on who makes the coffee and how much training they have had. Shame as the cafe is in a lovely position and very clean. Will visit again but not for coffee think Neros next time.

Such a beautiful shop with a fantastic range of books and crafts. Unfortunately though the books are extremely pricey so I can not shop here as often as I would like. The dark wood in the shop feels luxurious

Ordered a £3.50 millionaires hot chocolate and it came looking nothing like the advertisement. Told the server but they said cream was extra, but it didn?t day that in the advert. They said that was just for the advert ??

They have, they say, always allowed dogs in the cafe. But I think diners should be discouraged from letting pets sit on their kneesThere seemed to be an awful lot of dogs bums and noses near table tops. ?Great book shops always!
