Family bought me a new mobile and I needed to transfer my old mobile no to new mobile. Had asked Touchwood Branch in Solihull for help, they said it could not be done, also said I could not purchase a top up from them, no wonder their reviews are not good. On holiday in Llandudno, visited Vodafone there, what a difference, top marks for all their support, help and advice. Fantastic store with fanstatic staff!Tricia Horton

Met a Deaf customer of mine at Vodafone today as she wanted to buy a new phone and stay with the network. We dealt with Carly who was lovely, very knowledgeable; explained everything in skme detail and spoke a little slowly so that my customer could lipread. Wonderful service ?

Shop staff excellent. Planned switch from copper to fibre broadband connection agreed. Backup infrastructure poor, confidence shaker. Random statements regarding change/disconnection dates received by SMS, email and even post. Fingers x'd for "the big day", sigh.
