Excellent service from Vision Express in Llandudno ! My previous pair of glasses from them lasted a staggering 7 years, so I had no hesitation when I ordered a new pair recently ?- my experience was just as good as the last time - Everything was done very professionally! And quite quickly too. Particular mention of Wes Jones who is brilliant and the Lady Lisa who is so helpful.

I want to heap the highest praise on this store and its exceptional staff and service. I lost my glasses whilst on holiday and was thinking I would need to cut my holiday short and go home. My prescription is very high and I was pretty visually impaired without my glasses. I was quite devastated to find myself in a position like this. The team bent over backwards to offer me some relief and managed to find some contact lenses to tide me over until I could get my own prescription delivered. I was very impressed indeed and they saved my holiday! Cannot recommend highly enough! Thank you so much ? your exemplary customer service, friendliness and attitude really made a difference to me.
