To be fair, I think they were short-staffed when we were there - the place was busy and there were dirty plates and glasses everywhere (even on the floor).
However, the servers were pleasant enough, and the food was tasty.
As with most Wetherspoon venues, the restaurant was interesting.

Typical Weatherspoon, very busy most of the day. Very slow at cleaning tables, I visited 3 times last week, each time we had trouble finding an empty table, there were quite a few piled up with dirty plates

A stunning Wetherspoons, in a great location in Llandudno. Service was fast and efficient, recommend the pizzas! They have really looked after the historic Llandudno Palladium, beautiful interior of the original building.

I got recommended it, to be fair i love spoons for supplying value for money, the palladium was like walking in to a beutiful building with a canteen in,the noise (at the time i was there) was overwhelming, we didn't eat because of the racket, we left and that was about 5pm on a Saturday, we will try again another time.

Nice Wetherspoons in a beautiful building. Food was mostly good, beside the vegan burger that was disappointing. Staff was friendly and managed to find a table on a Saturday night, even though it was very busy.

The place has a an old theatre vibe which is absolutely fab, but the service is incompetent and rude. They showed a poor attitude when handling our messed-up order, this included missing drinks and pizza toppings. Waited way too long to have it sorted and got some unpleasant attitude with it.

Really busy Wetherspoons, but a fantastic setting and reasonably quick serving times compared to other spoons, which are already quick. A must visit if you're in the area.

Very busy but lots of staff on and didn't wait too long for food. Food was good and the wait not too long (and it was piping hot)

We came around 2pm ..it was really busy but we found a table which was cleared quickly . Food was lovely , served quick considering we were told there would be half hour wait for food . Special mention to Sam ,the lovely lady on the bar . She was really helpful and patient when we were indecisive on what to order . It was lovely to be served by someone who seemed to be very happy and she had a conversation with us while she poured our drinks which was a nice touch .thanks sam .
Would return .
