Nice freindly n welcoming host for our 2 night stay ni ce comfy bed n lovely view over the west shore estuary we stayed 2 nights breakfast was very nice good quality food

What a lovely afternoon we have had. Met met up wiith great friends, gorgeous lovely sunny afternoon and amazing atmosphere. ?
Tried the new starters of honey glazed lamb cutlets. OMG absolutely stunning.
Well worth a try.
We also enjoyed the company of Adam, Beth and the off duty chef Paul, with his beautiful partner Claire.
We will see you all very soon

Lovely friendly hosts. The man helped me out with finding a cap to the airport when I unfortunately had to leave to go back home again.
Very friendly, beautiful place.

Came last year and enjoyed so came back today but very disappointed
They was one person serving food and serving at the bar. He was not very friendly at all. We felt like an inconvenience to him.
He was only interested in locals.
Food average prawn open sandwich no taste at all very disappointing.
Server very adamant about not letting dogs sit next too you yet rubbish on the floor including dirty tissues on tables. A man asked for some sauce for his meal and he was ignored so I offered our condiments then he returned with sauce
All he needs to do was open his mouth and say yes of course but just ignores him.
Shame could be a nice place but we won?t return to spend our money for this service
I?ve never met someone so miserable !!

was here today having a drink and watched the barman act like a tool to someone asking to use the toilet walking over from the park who was well dressed and polite, the man said we needed the toilet and likely be a customer however barman had to embarrass him and question wether he was a customer he obviously did not return and after that not will i, i get you don?t want people just using the toilet but get over it your open to the public you have to accept things like this or don?t open a hospitality venue .

I?ve been once with my partner and my dog . My dog was on the bench but not on the pillows on the bench. Next to us was sitting a family with two kids jumping on the pillows on the bench with the shoes on. While we were enjoying our drinks a staff or someone from the restaurant came to us and told us not very kind to get the dog down of the bench . Even my dog wasn?t sitting on the pillows . How funny . The kids with shoes on were allowed to jump on the pillows but my dog who was sitting quietly on the bench not on the pillows had to come down. I said I?ll never go again but I had to meet with a friend in the same place. Guess what ? A couple with a little dog had the same unkindly experience as I had before with the same man staff or manager or whatever you are.
To the person coming on the terrace and tell people to get their dogs down , wear a pair of glasses might help you see around .
You will loose your customers if you are such rude person. Your customer service sucks.

Due to stay and we decided to cancel our booking. I tried various ways to contact the hotel and met with no response. Rang them and an incredibly rude man spoke to my husband. Very unhelpful and just couldn't be bothered to speak to us properly. Due to this we cancelled our booking and booked elsewhere. After reading reviews we realised some others have experienced this person!
