Its a Good and popular Bar and the staff are friendly my only problem with this place is its far too small it gets way too overcrowded in there sometimes especially on Saturdays every time you go in there you literally have No personal space I feel like I'm getting rammed into a wall by a Bloody Tractor every time I go in there lol they really should open the upstairs section to the general public a lot more I know its only used for private events but if none of that is going on then they should really open it just to create more space for people because it makes it a lot more difficult to get served in there when there is only one bar but that's my only criticism other than that its a decent Bar.

I recently visited The Gresham in Llandudno and had an incredible experience! I ordered the Purple Rain cocktail, and it was nothing short of fantastic. The blend of flavors was refreshing and perfectly balanced, making it a delightful treat.
What really stood out was the service. Max was our bartender, and his warm and welcoming demeanour made the evening even more enjoyable. He was attentive without being intrusive, and his recommendations were spot on.
If you?re looking for a great cocktail and a friendly atmosphere, I highly recommend stopping by. I can?t wait to return for another round!

I love this bar, everytime me and my boyfriend visit llandudno we go here. I absolutely love there choices of cocktails, genuinely some of the best selections I have ever seen in some time. They have offers on the cocktails sometimes which is even better. The staff are always nice and the drinks are amazing. there is a little outside bit to sit to enjoy the sun (when it?s sunny) or just sit inside which is a very nice little, clean place. lovley music too, couldnt recommend this place enough!

Awful... simply awful. If you want some of their finest vinegar laced Heineken then this is the bar for you. But if you're an ordinary person wanting to enjoy an ordinary pint don't you dare ask the bar staff for a fresh pint. As their policy is "if you want a fresh drink, you're going to have to pay for it"

Absolutely awful service. Bought a whole round of drinks and the pint of Heineken was clearly not right. It smelled like vinegar and tasted awful. Tried to swap it at the bar and they insisted it was fine. I went up a second time to try again, the pint was full, so why would we lie? But he insisted if we wanted another pint we'd have to pay for it. After spending upwards of £30 for a round, its quite insulting and incredibly unprofessional to stand there and smell the beer that clearly smells like vinegar and say "I can't smell anything wrong with it". Absolutely ridiculous.

Nice place. Had an older gentleman on playing music and singing a couple of tunes. Nicely decorated inside, open till late. Clean and tidy. Beer was good. Staff were friendly and polite. Enjoyed.

Worst customer service I?ve ever experienced. The so called manager was rude and obnoxious. Do not visit this place or expect to be served by hostile and aggressive behaviour.

It isn't often I go out of my way to leave a negative review, but such is my disappointment of this experience, I felt it necessary. Booked afternoon tea here for my Dad's 70s Birthday. Explained it was his 70th, and opted to pay extra to upgrade from a glass of fizz to a bottle. Very helpful in assisting with the booking which was done via messenger, although in order to book I needed to transfer the money to the managers own bank account. Very strange, but there was no way I could pay cash as I was out of the area and visiting for the day. Arrived half hour before the booking to find the place locked up with no sign of life. Fair enough, I was a little early so came back 25 minutes later and still the same. Message on my phone from the venue confirming there was a staffing issue and to come back in an hour which wasn't ideal however we moved things about and made it work for us. Once again, it is my Dad's 70th on the day, and I didn't want him to stress. Arrived back an hour late and it was fully open. Our afternoon tea was already placed on the table waiting for us (see picture.) The picture I have enclosed was for mine only (they did an exact replica for my Dad, but a none vegetarian version.) I will point out that there is one small triangle sandwich missing when I took the pic, but not only is this nothing like what they have advertised on their facebook page, but it is easily the single worst serving of afternoon tea I have experienced. It appeared to me they had forgot and simply chucked something together (emphasis on "chucked" when it comes to the small pile of salad.) I again didn't complain whilst we were there, in the spirit of the day, and got in touch with them after the fact. To their credit they refunded me the cost of one afternoon tea (less the upgrade amount) but when I asked if they were going to refund for my Dad's I was simply ignored. Typically I would have laughed this off, but given the occasion it was a bit of a let down for both me and my Dad.

Went for cocktails last night. The place had a nice atmosphere and the lady serving was lovely. However, the cocktails were very poor, couldn't taste any alcohol it them at all.

We went in this bar for a Negroni, being a cocktail bar I assumed they can make on. Turns out even though even though they've got the ingredients, due to stock check, tgey can't make one. The cocktail menue was very sticky and filthy too.We eent for two pints of beer instead, but after a quick look at the very very dirty glasses, we decided to go elsewhere. Can't recommend at all!!!Nit what I call a cocktail bar at all.Pue carelessness!!!
