very pleased with the service we recieved from Tapi regarding our dining room floor. From our initial home visit we were offered honest advice and never felt pressurised into making decisions. Come the day the fitting of our choice of luxury vinyl was done to a high standard by a fitter prepared to go the extra half mile to please. Well done James and all the team at Llandudno.

I popped in by off chance to see about getting a carpet for my new office which has justed been built and I ended up buying one because the service I received was fantastic and they came out after a week all two and they were very polite and that?s why I?m going back soon to buy my other carpets I would highly recommended this place

Visited TAPI Carpets at Llandudno Branch yesterday and met with Michael at the Store. He advised us on which carpets were the best to go for and explored all options within our budget and without any pressure. He was able to work within our tight time frames to get them fitted in a few weeks time. Great service so far and trust that all goes to plan with the Fitting which I am sure it will.

From our home visit with samples, to our contact with James in Llandudno and the two gentlemen who fitted our flooring, it was simple. All involved with our process were so helpful, did not pressure us in any way but offered advice.The gentlemen who fit the flooring were great. Very professional and proficient and did and excellent job. Nothing was too much trouble with helping me move furniture. Overall a great service, I would highly recommend to all.

Fabulous job from Tapi Llandudno!Having worked with Tapi for our kitchen LVT flooring we knew we wanted to return to them for carpets!James helped us with our requirements and our order, Steve and his team fitted our beautiful new carpet in our son?s room.Fabulous service and products, would recommend to anyone ?????

If you are thinking of buying new flooring I can highly recommend Tapi Carpet and floors Llandudno.From walking into the store and looking at which flooring to purchase James and Michael were so friendly, efficient and knowledgeable and so kind .Craig who fitted all the flooring was so friendly and made a beautiful job of the stairs , landing and bathroom.I was so pleased with the service from start to finish and will definitely use Tapi Carpets and flooring Llandudno in the future

Lovely people, lovely job!Spoke with James at Llandudno. Really clear expectations set for getting my new flooring quote.A gent came out to measure; on time, very courteous, clear and efficient.The fitters were nice chaps (led by Steve) and did a good job of the fit, clearing up well after themselves (not perfect but a quick hoover and such and it was done!)After call was good too from James.Top marks from me!

What a fabulous experience with Tapi and their incredible Llandudno based team. From the second I found myself waltzing into their charming and welcoming store, I was greeted with warmth and enthusiasm. The staff were very helpful, offering expert advice on carpet selection and the care options available for each.A trifecta selection of carpets appealed, namely 'Angelina, Moonstone and Lotus'. This selection, with differing patterns, but alot of similar qualities and colours, muddying the waters in a decisive moment. Tapi's inhouse team stepped up to the plate, expertise enabling them to come in and breakdown my needs, finding the solution to my problem, almost like a private carpet investigator. I'd found my 'Angelina', the winning carpet!We came to an arrangement on the supply and fitting of my 'Angelina' that exceeded my expectations. To find 'the one' and also be informed they can fit her in the next week, and at a 50% discount... I found myself in a state of satisfaction, complete carpet ecstasy. Whilst fitting, the quality, presentation and speedy nature of their work was truly outstanding, and I will continue to trust Tapi Llandudno with all my carpet needs.
