Visited this Specsavers store first thing at 9 o clock as they were just opening. Served very quickly and had a 2 minute wait before I was called in. All the staff were pleasant and the ophthalmologist who dealt with my eye examination was really informative when I asked questions. Thank you very much.

Called in for a minor repair and they couldn't have been more helpful. We didn't even buy the glasses there, we bought them from their Prestatyn branch who are also very good.

Popped in today after receiving an email saying my eye test was due. Waited for over ten minutes at the front desk and was eventually acknowledged by a rather rude and curt lady with purple hair. I explained I had popped in to book an eye test, she said sorry we can't do that here, you'll have to do it online. Really? You can't book an eye test in store...?? I think it was probably that she couldn't be bothered. So I went to boots where I was greeted with a pleasant smile and an appointment was booked within minutes. You've just lost a long standing customer. I would suggest that you speak to this lady about her customer service offering.

Absolutely great. I managed to come away with no contact lenses or glasses and they promptly helped me out on a Saturday morning. Thankfully I can now see again for the rest of my holiday.
