I had an appointment for eye test on Saturday16 September my optician was Shiraz Hussain I can?t praise him enough ,wonderful customer service very friendly thorough and professional he made me feel at ease when asking any questions He?s a credit to Specsavers so please keep him there so I can ask for the next appointment with him

Came in on 8th June 23 with my husband for eye test and new specs etc. Superb service throughout. I see Charlie who is excellent and everyone we saw were helpful, friendly and really went out of their way to serve us. I know there is a new branch opening more locally to us, but we will continue to travel to see everyone at Llandudno!

After not being able to book anything in Bangor, I needed new glasses asap and I was really lucky to get one appointment in Llandudno. Fiona, Wioletta and the doctor with curly hair - I?m so sorry I don?t remember her name - were all amazing. Thank you girls.

Got an appointment quickly as I had been having trouble with my eyes saw Steven the optician and he understood the problem I was having with my eyes,I then saw a very nice lady whose name I cannot remember and she dealt with order of my new glasses very easily,returned to pick up my glasses a week later and was over the moon as my eye problems were sorted by my new glasses excellent service

Store is clean and smart, bright and attractive. However - l just wanted to book an eye test (new customer) surprised to be shown to a waiting area. 15 minutes later l was still waiting. I got up to leave and was offered a phone call to book for an eye test! ! Surely an appointment could have been arranged at reception? Without waiting. Not a great start! I'll see how it goes from here.....
