“Bought a style of Birkenstock that seem to not be being made anymore from this store online. As Birkenstocks tend to run large, I needed to exchange. The staff were incredibly helpful, both happy to take the exchange, and assured me they would hold the last remaining pain they had in my size until my return arrived. I received my items quickly, communication was excellent, I felt valued as a first time customer throughout our interactions. I would highly reccomend this shop!”
