It's a two star hotel, with two star food. The hotel staff are friendly, though. We booked a superior 2 bed room for three nights, and on arrival, we were taken up to the top level of the hotel and shown the room which stunk of drains. We complained about the smell and were given the option of a family room on the ground floor which cost £285, and was far better, so we decided to take it. The only problem we found was a fault with the toilet handle, which we reported on the first day we were there. It still hadn't been repaired by the time we left.Would we consider staying there again? No chance! There are far better hotels in Llandudno than this place for a similar price.

Lovely hotel, staff welcoming & very friendly, great place to stay as its literally a two minute walk to the pier, & the prom. The bar was a very comfortable & a great place to relax. The breakfast buffet is the best, especially that sausage its really very tasty. The lovely lady who was seeing to it all had thought of everything, you couldn't have possibly wanted for more. This lovely lady who i wished I'd have got her name, was a really busy lady, not only did she do the breakfast, she also cleaned the rooms, worked on reception, worked on the bar, & also did a nightshift, I applaud you, I don't think I could do all that, & having seven grandchildren busy at home too! A big thank you to you all, Thank you for having us & Thank You for looking after us, we will definitely see you again., ?????

Warm welcome upon arrival, we were given a room at the back end of the hotel which was separated from the main hotel rooms. It was like a mini apartment with 2 bedrooms and a bathroom including a bath. The breakfast was very filling with a variety of foods. The Llandudno Pier is a 5 min walk and parking is available around the hotel.Had a lovely time here with my husband. Would visit again.

Stayed here for a long weekend in Llandudno. Because I am mobility challenged we requested a room on a lower floor and with a walk in shower. The first room we were shown did not have either feature. We were given another room with a walk in shower but it was still on one of the upper floors. No lift so we had to negotiate lots of stairs on a very narrow staircase. Trays of dirty cups had been left on the landing floors making it quite a hazard to get up and down. Our room stank of smoke. The windows were open but the sash cords had broken and beware anyone leaning out of the window. There were no toilet rolls in the bathroom. Cluttered with a lot of old fashioned furniture. Altogether not a pleasant room. Breakfast could have been good but once again the food was on two levels meaning that physically challenged had difficulty carrying food up stairs. Some items were not replenished at breakfast time so when they were gone that was it. It looks lovely from the outside but the inside needs better management

Very disappointed with this hotel. Online it looked and sounded like a decent place to stay, but reality is opposite. We had 2 rooms for a family of 5. Showers were blocked, outdated and dirty. Beds where comfortable enough but we got bitten by bed bugs on all nights.Breakfast very basic. We will not come back to this hotel again. Do not recommend.Rooms: Rooms are outdated and dirty, we could not walk without the shoes on. The tray of cups and dirty laundry by the door of some rooms have not been removed in days. ( we stayed for 3 nights) Outside the hotel has broken furniture and ashtrays. Looks not cared about.Noteworthy details: They have bed bugs in multiple rooms.

Won't ever stay here dirty uncleaned room and wasn't even ready come 3.00 pm. Constant noise and people heard coming up and down the stairs TV & bedside lamps didn't even reach the mains sockets. This was a joke of a room. This place ruined our holiday in Llandudno. ???.... IRooms: Gruby ang overall totally disscusting never stay here??????

We were two couples and spent one night in the hotel. When we arrived we asked about a hairdryer at the reception. They said that they will bring it at the room. Eventually they never came and they never informed us about it. One of the rooms was OK but the other room was quite cold and during night was unpleasant. Breakfast was fine. The bathroom in one of the rooms wasn't very clear too. Given that everything was pretty basic, I think it was more expensive than it should be - of course all hotels in the area are overpriced.Walkability: Very close to the pier and the restaurants. If you arrive after 5 you can find parking for free on the main road

We had a fabulous time!We loved the vintage look and that the owner kept all the buildings original features. Our Room needed a lick of paint but other than that, it was clean and comfortable!Breakfast was wonderful! A really good selection of hot and cold foods, a selection of juices as well as tea and coffee. It kept us full most of the day!Staff are very helpful and chatty and friendly. There's a reasonably priced bar with various lagers, spirits, juices and snacks. The chairs were comfy and we spent some time in there playing board games. There are a few board games in the bar area for guests to use as well.I highly recommend using their WiFi. We were told to use it but didn't listen and later went down for the password. It seems most of Llandudno is a mobile dead zone! It's on the top of the main road of shops, restaurants and ice cream Parlours and a 5 minute walk from the seafront/Llandudno PierWe really enjoyed our visit and would happily go again!
