  We contacted this company when our empty property, recently vacated by a tenant, developed a leak. The response was swift and efficient. We were sent a photo of the problem (we live 160 miles away) and had the problem explained to us clearly in a phone call. The matter was then resolved. Pete listened and understood our desire to sell the property and arranged for all the carpets to be removed and suggested how the smell left by pets could be eliminated. Within the week all the work had been done and the property better prepared for sale. He went 'above and beyond',  spotting and completing other things which would help the sale. The price was also very reasonable too and he went out of his way to ensure we did not spend money unnecessarily. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

  Cannot recommend Pete highly enough! Super knowledgable, really friendly and genuinely wants to help you out. Timely responses, gave us good advice on how to save energy and best heat our house. Great attention to detail! Fantastic quality work. He's done a couple of jobs on our house now of different variety. From helping out with our boiler, fixing our double french doors, sorting out the leak in our bathroom and identifying where the leak is coming from in our bedroom. We will continue to use Pete in the future.
