Went to this Poundland store this morning while stopping in Llandudno till Friday as I am here for few days. Didn't find the female staff with brown hair friendly at all when I brought my basket with items she looked at me with a miserable face as she was talking to another customer when I placed my basket on the till she said to me you meant to place it sideways so she can easily get the items out just made me feel very uncomfortable as the pound shop stores where I live in west midlands you just place the basket on the till and they just scan your items next time i visit this store i will get all the items out of the basket myself be more better.

Not really the shops fault but I was very disappointed when my boyfriend told me he was taking me to Poundland only to end up here

The person on till was very rude her name was Rebecca never said please or thank you a old person In front of me was still packing her bags and the person on till just put my shopping on orther of counter and expected me to pay right away
