We used to eat here when we visited llandudno. Always found the service prompt and friendly. Fish, chips and peas always tasty with a cup of tea. Charged for two lots of peas even though one order was for cod special, which includes peas???
The place feels a bit grubby, probably because its always open and often busy, the crockery never feels clean, if the pots go through a dishwasher it's not cleaned and emptied often enough, if they're handwashed, sack the pot washer!
We will be trying somewhere new next visit.
And, why do the cakes cost £6.99 each? The profit margin must be massive!!

Used to recommend this cafe however after a recent visit when I was served fish and chips where the chips had clearly been reheated or cooked ages ago and kept warm I won't be going back.

I?ve been going to Llandudno since I was a young child, and I?m now 68 years old. I only found this chippy yesterday. As we had the dog with us, we need somewhere to eat with outside seating. So we all had mini fish and chips, and I had mushy peas and the othered had curry sauce. The only thing that I thought the minute I started to eat my meal was WOW. Everything was delicious, and I started eating the mushy Peas. They were the BEST I?ve ever had. I even told the young girl who was serving us, that the mushy peas were the best I?ve ever eaten in my life except for my Mam?s. She thought I was joking, I even got a portion of the mushy peas to take home with me

Living only 5 minutes up the road this is a cafe we visit regularly. We visited yesterday and ordered one cola and fish,chips and curry sauce twice. The curry sauces arrived consisted of the usual metal jugs but only 20% full. They are usually 50% full. When i asked the young waitress if I could have a little more i was bluntly told she was going to charge me. I was left no option as the original portion was enough to cover 3 chips! The bill was £33.75 in total for what was previously listed with £5.60 of that for 3 tiny portions of curry sauce. Will not be returning.

Visited yesterday early evening and the floor was full of food and embedded in the carpet.
Dirty pots piled high on most tables.
We sat down and one of the staff members came over and asked if she could take our order.
We said we are not ordering anything until these tables we are sat at are cleaned and all the previous customers pots are removed.
She gave us the dirtiest look and walked off.
She then walked past several times more and another customer on the next tables said ?they won?t clear the table they will just leave it there in front of you.
So after another ten minutes of waiting we decided to leave.
I did ask two staff members if this was normal and acceptable including the women who gave us the dirty look for simply asking for the tables to be cleaned before we ordered.
They just looked at us and said sorry?. Sorry and that was it nothing else.
This place is disgusting and the staff clearly have not had correct training in customer service and basic hygiene.
They also looked like they couldn?t be bothered and didn?t want to be working there.

Omg sooooo slow with their service and so rude when u ask. We waited over half an hour when people who came before us had been served and given their food.

Last minute chips! Didn't realise they closed at 8....so just grabbed a couple of portions of chips & spring roll for takeaway. Absolutely fantastic :) Chips were amazing!! Thank you.

Lovely bright dining area. Good choice of food including gluten free.
Tables not cleaned after clearing. Person bringing cups just plonks them down and leaves. She should at least set them out.
We paid over £30.00 and had to ask for ketchup and table to be cleaned.
Wasn't very busy.
Men's Toilets smelly and we had to pass them to get to ladies.
At checkout manager asked if everything was ok , that's a bit late to ask. Need to do a check back early on and quit chatting at the till.

Best fish and chips in Llandudno, curry sauce was one of the best. Would recommend the fish special which you get fish, chips, mushy peas, bread and butter and a drink. Also the small fish and chips is ideal for young kids. Restaurant is clean and quick service.
