The passion and knowledge for Jags and getting to know the owners really makes this business stand out. Changed my main battery myself and keys did not work afterwards, the shop has the official tools to do the work at a fraction of the main dealer cost. As a new Jag owner I had a few questions regarding times to service various parts of the car and given genuine answers from a team who work on Jaguar XF?s as their bread and butter, thank you again Matthew for your work and urgency, customer for life here with recommendations to others!

After getting the run round from warranty company and various garages, it was so refreshing to come across these guys. They diagnosed the fault on my e-pace in minutes, booked it in and sorted it. True professionals, would definitely use again!

My Range Rover Evogue lost its tail light last week? Unfortunately Landrover didn't have stock of the part as the whole casing needed replacing.. of course it did ?.. just my luck! I tried numerous companies to try source the part to no avail. I was referred to NWJ by Euro car parts as they suggested they may possibly have one in stock. I called and spoke with Matt who said he didn't have stock but would try source me one and call he back in ten minutes. True to his word he called back?? The part wasn't new but in working order and he could get it within two days . This meant I could legally drive on the road again and not have to cancel my trip to the Lake District on Monday ??? Paul fitted the part today and hey presto ..I have lights ??? What a pleasure to deal with this company. I read previous reviews when I called them and I'm glad to say they're all as good as they say ! Thank you guys for saving my trip to the Lakes with my daughter, who is visiting from Ireland and ensuring we get to the Pink concert in Preston on Wednesday ?

I have been rendered quite speechless by North Wales Jag?s level of service, quality of work and frankly value for money. I from the area but live in London. My head gasket blew during a visit and I was desperate?Matthew and team jumped on it and literally pulled an all nighter. The top end of my 4 litre 6 was essentially rebuilt in 24 hours.I have used well known Jaguar specialists all around Greater London and they do not touch this level of service and I suspect don?t have this level of knowledge.We need businesses like this to thrive in order to keep our treasures roadworthy!Congratulations Matthew and team.
