Terrible customer service! went to get a refund for a shoe that's 4 months old and has a hole right through it and broken laces. Wed 29th Sept around 12noon.......went in to buy my \\\"knickers\\\" etc.........was \\\"greeted\\\" by employee MANDY............Great smile \\\"great\\\" customer service skills......................Brilliant asset to ANY company...................Well Done Mandy!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
