Awesome service from start to finish. Emma was lovely, professional and showed us a good selection of carpets and was really flexible with fitting day as we had to change it last minute. Will our fitter did a fabulous job and carpet looks amazing. Will definitely be using them for all our flooring needs. A++

Used for years no problems sadly this time means I won?t be going back - ordered bed didn?t arrive phoned they said it was booked for aft - was supposed to b morning - then was told that only 1 on van so bed could not b brought up to flat !! They wouldn?t b able to do til mon -phoned and insisted it b done that day - arranged for 4pm but 3:30 neighbour phoned to say it arrived so raced home but van had gone ! Phoned & they say well u weren?t there so we left -said they would b back in 5 mins - so nearly half hour ltr it arrived - the 2 men on van were really lovely & got job done v well -later I realised it had no drawers but I def ordered with 2 drawers - I can?t cope with going back & arguing again. I like to support local but will go to someone else next time

Excellent service on purchase and great fitting. I even accommodated a change in fitting, however not amused about being called to say that I had not paid my invoice when I had 1 month previously. NO APOLOGY RECEIVED. WILL not be going back for future purchases?

Fantastic service. Needed new carpets fitting throughout a new build home in a short time span. Measuring was promptly arranged and then my wife visited the shop and was shown a variety of carpets to suit our budget. Fitting was done by one friendly chap who didn't stop all day. Job done a day earlier than anticipated. Great all round service and half the price of other quotes.

Looking for overstock Karndean. They quoted a price. Returned an hour later when they denied the earlier quote and quoted much higher. Seems like a staff member messed up and denied all knowledge to keep their job. If you make a mistake stand by the price or apologise. Doesn't give me confidence they would handle any issues properly if I got an expensive carpet fitted.

UNPROFESSIONAL in store, giving unrealistic amounts of stock for the given measurements and after paying for what we thought was correct! We had to buy two more packs! At their fault!
Not enough experience when measuring herringbone flooring, their words not mine.
Although the floor looks nice down, I am not happy that I had to fork out more money for their mistake.
Also at the same time when they had fitted my carpet. They have clearly fitted the carpet where the pole was, leaving line indentation in the carpet. The person I had contacted in the office was not helpful at all and when they spoke to my husband they said that they could not get a word in for them to try and explain. They had ample time to help with my concerns however they have not rectified any concerns. Although they reassured me that the line may go in time, I was not happy to see this as you wouldn?t with a BRAND NEW FITTED CARPET!!
I will be sourcing other independent professionals in the future.
