Had one drink and left,didn't have disabled facilities and was told to go down stairs for the toilet,I can't get down stairs.

Food was dreadful, steak and mushroom pie was dry as a bone. 70% pastry with moisture free beef and no sign of a mushroom. Microwaved vegetables and luke warm mash. My partner and myself went here on Sunday, for a Carvery. We thoroughly enjoyed our meal. Everything was very tasty.. Staff are all very nice. Well worth a visit when in Llandudno. Not many places do a Carvery. Highly recommend it.
