Utterly appalling service, wait time and presentation of the incorrect orders.
Went to kfc today at 20:00, and went straight to train station after waiting HALF AN HOUR! Once I had gotten to the station and opened up my boneless banquet, I was disgusted with the site I saw in the box. They not only forgot my barbecue sauce which I paid as a part of the meal but also gave me beans instead of gravy (and there was no disclaimer that they didn?t have sauces or any mention when I went up for my order?!?!? Indubitably I couldn?t eat this due to not being able to tolerate the taste). I?m just disappointed by the disrespect of this establishment. Not only did I not have gravy or sauce, but they gave me an empty cup ( I am aware you fill up your own drink) but the drink machine was shut off and covered. When I went up to the counter to ask what I was to do I was just tossed a bottle of water and told that?s all the drinks they had, i?m quite saddened by this since I was excited for my peach iced tea, but my friend who also ordered the boneless banquet and received beans instead of gravy as well as the same faults as I did; went up to ask about the drink situation, waited 5 minutes for someone to pass and pay attention to her, received a can of Pepsi max, I?m not quite sure why I wasn?t offered this. There were also no tissues provided in any of our bags. Overall, I?m disappointed by the laziness of the staff on shift, it felt like I was disrespected and unwelcome despite it being 8 o?clock, it seems like they were eager to close earlier than the set time online of 10 o?clock. It?s not up to the common standards of other locations I?ve been to and staff seem like they need some serious training in customer service.
I feel like I?ve just wasted my money.

I ordered online and came to the store to collect but they said my order did not come through, but the money was out of my account. I called the store after arriving home to ask when am I gonna get my money then they said they have nothing to do with that. Even now I don't know what to do because I want my money back

Michelle served me at the counter as I had trouble with the machine ,and no signal for the blue light discount on app
Bubbly ,friendly even thou we could see they were very busy and were struggling ( seemed there wasn't enough staff cooking)

I ordered online. And waited over a hr . Decided to phone number on there site , and that doesn't even work . Decided to drive down my self . Low and behold , apparently been delivered. But , not to me . Anyway , the gentleman was very apologetic. Did our order , to get back home and find it was wrong . Some stuff missing. Supposed to of had to cans of drink , but instead had two empty cups and straws . Will never order online again .

Absolutely disappointed, visiting town for a few days and thought wed grab our trusted KFC after putting the baby to bed. The food tasted like it has been sitting around for days, unable to bite into the chicken its so dry and the wings were atrocious? old food nothing out of what we had was fresh?will not be returning

went in for gravy box tonight got it home all there was was fries 2 chicken wings and gray no chicken fillets or thighs and we had a 20 hot wings bucket and there was only 16 waste of money a load of crap need get some staff which no what they are doing

Stopped off for a quick bite and was not disappointed. Good was hot and fresh and staff were fast and friendly. Recommended to anyone that needs to refuel on the go

Seemed short on the fries for the gravy megabox, sure supposed to be 2 portions but was only one, also had to remind them I also ordered a drink.

Waited almost 10 minutes for my order (was told I was waiting for the hash browns)
Only to then receive my mini fillet with a soggy far from freshly cooked hashbrown and minus the pepper mayo sauce.
Many times this restaurant has gotten my order wrong and I let it slide but with the store being empty when I ordered I think a little more attention to detail and food quality should be paid!
