Utterly appalling service, wait time and presentation of the incorrect orders. Went to kfc today at 20:00, and went straight to train station after waiting HALF AN HOUR! I ordered online and came to the store to collect but they said my order did not come through, but the money was out of my account. I called the store after arriving home to ask when am I gonna get my money then they said they have nothing to do with that. Even now I don't know what to do because I want my money back
