“Stayed her on a bike tour of Wales. Great place to stay; the rooms were really nice, the staff were friendly and helpful, and the full English breakfast filled us up nicely for the day. Would stay again and would recommend to anyone looking to stay in north Wales.”

“Stayed in the lovely Can-Y-Bae over the victorian extravaganza. The hotel is full of character and very homely.The staff were extremely helpful and caring. We were treated to complimentary drinks in the sister hotel due to bar currently not being open which is understandable at this time of the year but the central hotel where we had the drinks was a lovely modern hotel which you can see and they are still in the process of renovation it. The breakfast was also one of the best we have had as it was cooked to our preference and plenty of options. Thanks once again to all staff.”

“Recently held a gathering after a funeral at the Links. Everything was done perfectly. From a fresh tasty buffet to delivering on requests for picture etc to be put in the room. I would highly recommend them for events or a meal out.”

“During my stay in Llandudno, I had a lovely candlelit dinner at Osborne's Café Grill, where the £35 three-course menu was well worth it. I started with an Old Bay crayfish fritter paired with classic American cocktail sauce - crispy and full of flavour. For the main, I went for a medium-rare rib-eye steak. The presentation might’ve hidden the mash and veg, but it was a solid and satisfying dish. The highlight, though, was dessert: a rich dark chocolate pot topped with silky Drambuie cream—easily the standout of the evening.”

“Had a fantastic stay at this amazing hotel. It is perfectly situated with stunning views and free parking. The room was spotless and had a lovely view and was generously stocked with tea and coffee. The breakfast was cooked to perfection and good portions. The staff were all friendly and helpful. And our room was dog friendly they even did a dog sausage for breakfast. “My room had obviously been updated and was very spacious and comfortable, with excellent facilities. Restaurant food is very good . Staff are Aaaamazing, so hard working, very efficient, yet very friendly. Everything in the hotel is very well organised and efficient.Rooms: Spacious and clean;very comfortable.Walkability: The hotel is situated just across from the waterfront, with immediate access to the lengthy promenade. Easy walking distance to Great and Little Orme, and into the quite big town.Food & drinks: Food was excellent together with excellent table service.”

“Amazing service. We had our wedding reception at the Grand Hotel Llandudno yesterday, 7th June 2025. Absolutely brilliant. We opted for a buffet style menu, which was fantastic. Excellent quality at very reasonable prices. All of the staff were so attentive and friendly, nothing was too much trouble. Many thanks to Paul (the manager) and all of your team.
