Visited a few months ago and had to wait as had no booking but everyone kept telling me it was worthwhile. They were right! Great sea bass, followed by spotted dick and custard. Heaven! Great staff, lovely atmosphere, good location. Just booked for a return visit.

We came across this place on a recent visit the area. We were looking for a nice place to eat and upon seeing Home Cookin and stating it was all local produce, I was excited to try the food.
Unfortunate it was far from what I thought. The roast was all pre made frozen packed food. Nothing about it said home cooked food and I think it's a con for them to be able to advertise this in their marketing.
On a plus the staff and place were nice, Maybe should have tried something else on the menu.

Had the soup and sandwich combo one day and the pork loin in cider sauce another day. All very good. Friendly staff. Bright and airy.

Although the service was excellent, compared to other times we have eaten there we were both very disappointed with our food, it was bland and overcooked.
The service was good, although we felt rushed to choose if we wanted a dessert. It?s a shame as we won?t be visiting again and it has always been one of our favourite restaurants when visiting Llandudno.

You need to book in advance to get a table . We, on this occasion, were lucky as a walk-in. The food is so nice and tasty, the food is hot, staff are very helpful. The atmosphere is nice so you can talk to each other. I love it

The veg was frozen which i dont have much a problem with but nothing was home cooked all frozen including the mash which tasted of nothing and my sausages which were the only thing that tasted ok but considering it cost £17 i didnt expect all frozen food, extremely overpriced especially for quality.

Long wait for the food, they forgot to put it through, no explanation or apology, we had ask (did you forget us) finally admitted they did, think they need a course in ?communication?, when the food arrived one was just warm and had to go back very disappointing.

The roast beef dish was maybe the best I?ve ever tried in a restaurant. Fresh veggies, great sauces (especially liked the cream horseradish)? can order extra meat if you have a huge appetite like myself (even though regular portions will be adequate for most). Very reasonably priced too. Maybe the best food option in Llandudno.

Delicious and reasonably priced food. Really enjoyed smoked haddock pie, Mum had sausage and mash - equally good. Followed by pavlova and crumble desserts - all good quality and tasty. Will be back when in area.
