“SIMPLY EXCELLENT!!I was a little apprehensive on arrival as I was unsure which mattress I needed to purchase to suit my needs, its not a purchase you want to make a mistake with!I needn't have worried...Mike (Salesperson) greeted me & asked if I needed any help? after a chat about what I thought I needed Mike said lets get you sorted & said we will do a "sleep match" which basically means I lay on a bed after Mike had asked a few Q's & punched the details into the computer, I lay on this bed for 3 minutes & Hey Presto...confirmed I needed a firm mattress.Mike was extremly helpful, made me a coffee too! We discussed the price range & once Mike knew what I was looking for & guided me straight to the beds that would match my needs. Mike even supplied a pillow for me to use as I tried the mattresses.Honestly - an unexcxpected pleasant experience - Well Done Mike!!Would definitley shop here again in the future, happy customer awaiting my new bed.Happy Customer...
