Incredible customer service. I walked in to get my Sim card replaced I was greeted by the team Luca, Sam and Taylor. I felt very safe and they were all wearing masks. I was being seen to by Luca, I got fantastic customer service and he was able to get me my SIM card within minutes. He was really professional and helpful. I wasn?t even there to buy anything and still got superb service. He went the extra mile to make sure I was happy and gave me options and told me what I needed to do and even activated my SIM card there and then I can?t thank the team enough. Fabulous!!!

My reason for five stars has everyting to do with the staff at this branch of EE and little else. Yes the store is tidy and there is a goodly selection of gadgetry otherwise nothing special. HOWEVER the staff make this shop helpful but not pushy, informed and professional.
