Went here after a disaster with B&Q valspar premium paint. I was served by Christina who was extremely helpful despite my awkward requirements - she helped me work out the right colour and explained everything very well - the colour looks great in the light of the room. The Dulux paint also worked out cheaper than B&Q by £6 per tin and the quality is far superior. Lesson learned - next time I will go straight to Dulux!

Initially not an obvious place to find, but once there we don't know how we missed it. We wanted a Dulux Weathershield paint not available 'off-the-shelf'. It was sorted and mixed in no time. The only drawback was the cost - a bit pricey because it had to be mixed specially. The service, however, was excellent.
