“I visited this shop whilst on holiday for morning papers and it was worth a walk to here, it was well stocked and reasonably priced plus was able to purchase some lovely bottles of Welsh cider, I can't wait to be visiting again.”

“On holiday in Llandudno, young assistant asked a rather nasty customer why he was not wearing a mask. The customer (sounded from Liverpool) was unnecessarily offensive and threatened to report her. We found both staff extremely helpful and dealt with the issue in a very professional manner.”

“Just got back from a stay over Christmas, The hotel is a nice location near the centre and about 100yds from the beach, the superior room are really nicely decorated to a good standard and a lovely big room with nice view out , the bar area was nice and comfortable and open throughout Christmas too, the breakfast was nice and even catered for my gluten free missus without any hassle (we did advise them about this before arrival) Pets are allowed too so ted the dog was happy and comfortable. I would also give a big thank you to ALL the staff, they help carry the bags , open the doors for you , they were lovely and VERY HELPFUL with any minor requests like extra pillows etc , I would also praise the manager for a very nice little touch of giving the guests staying over Christmas a present and card on Christmas day , this was a very nice touch to a great stay. As a family group of all ages everyone enjoyed the hotel, staff and food . And the price doesn't reflect the quality service .”
