We ordered our choice of food and I asked for mild but the prawn biryani was very hot and spicy. It spoilt my appetite. The place is very expensive and will recommend and definitely not visit again. The serving lady wasn't all that helpful either.
Furthermore with all of us elderly and difficulty climbing stairs we found the stairs very steep, hence another reason for not visiting again.

Accommodated a group of 15 at short notice and were incredibly hospitable and friendly. Food was to a good standard.

I had such a wonderful experience at Bengal Dynasty! The food was absolutely delicious?everything tasted fresh and was perfectly prepared. What really made our dinner special, though, was the incredible service. Our server was so friendly and attentive, and they were happy to take a picture of our family for us, which we really appreciated. It's those little touches that make a meal memorable. I highly recommend this place for a fantastic meal with top-notch service.

I had a lovely evening here. I had a vindaloo which was great and a perfect spice level. I also got chops but I was expecting at least 3 and you only get 2 which was the only negative thing about the evening. Good prices and food was lovely. Would return

Superb food, passanda was so tasty. Walked in and got table straight away for three of us, good sized portions and friendly staff. Is more than it looks from the outside, lovely decor and cleanliness upstairs in the restaurant. Cold tiger beer too, spot on!

Great Indian restaurant, food was delicious- we enjoyed the Tandoori mixed grill and Rogan Josh. Staff were lovely, really recommend! :)

Booked this place for Friday night last week for my wife's birthday 8 of us,we had such a brilliant night the food was fantastic, the staff could not do enough for us they even presented my wife with a cake and all the staff sang happy birthday to her. Thank you very much Bengal dynasty we really enjoyed our night.

Well for Indian food there's wasn't any other restaurant near there. Food was ok.

Although I can't complain about the food and the friendliness of the staff the biggest let down was the waiting time... we pre booked over a week ago however had to wait 15 minutes in a side room and about 40 minutes for our starters with some people walking out because they had been waiting that long.
