Only went once to collect a missed delivery. Item was there. And staff very nice and friendly. Even carried it to my car. Lovely service.

Very unprofessional company, tracking and customer service is an absolute joke , be prepared to be let down. From now on any retailer using Yodel will loose my business. Don,t just take my word on it check out all the other 99.9% dismal reviews.

Awful delivery service, takes a long time to deliver your parcels (nearly 3 weeks in my case), and they do not update the delivery tracking system, customer service is not very good either, would think twice before using them.

I temped here for a very short period , have to say it was excellent , staff are friendly and management are relaxed and understanding , if your looking for part-time hours I would definitely recommend.

3 times now they have lost my parcel. 3 separate times. do not buy from any company that uses yodel as a delivery company. absolutely useless

I got my parcel delivered on Friday, supposed to delivered on Saturday, I choose to collect the parcel from Yodel direct on Monday, I went there and they didn't even knew where my parcel is. Off course someone stole it as it was a s23 ultra and the details of the employee ID was flight flight and number flight.The point is that when I place the order and the email come to me and see that Yodel got my parcel for delivery I knew it that smth will going wrong again.

Ordered an expensive item then it said arrived at depot, 3 days later still says ?at depot? then all of a sudden my parcel goes missing now if that doesn?t scream suspicious I don?t know what does. Security/Managers check your CCTV!!

AVOID!!!Wow, look at all of the terrible reviews. Might be time to close up shop. Twice now this company has claimed a parcel has been delivered when it hasn't. Awful service from Drivers to Customer Service!

Late delivery, useless customer service, should be arrived this week required me to correct from 20mi away on next week. Made me wait for whole week and wondering anyone working there. If I could no star should be given to them.
