I went here to pick up a voucher towards the speying of my dog. On the long bus journey home ,I actually lost the voucher! I immediately rang them,and told them what had happened, and their response was amazing to me. They offered to write another for me to pick up in a couple of days time. The staff that work at this branch are amazing. It's always very busy and they are always rushed off their feet, but still do a good job!Thank you for all you've done for Lad and Narla over the past 12 months.
