Wrong pizza delivered, wouldn't refund on the phone, contacted customer service who would not refund me either. Very disappointing experience.

You have to order and pay for your own food and drinks using their app and your phone. You are also expected to tip the staff IN ADVANCE of receiving any food or drink. Don?t expect any plates or cutlery. When we eventually got some cutlery, it was filthy. The whole restaurant seems dirty: Floors, window ledges?.. I wonder how worse it might have been if I hadn?t tipped in advance? Worst dining experience in the UK ever.

Pizza was fabulous as was all of our food, service was slow, we waited 40 minutes for our food, which with 2 hungry children was a long wait, the staff were polite though.

I go often to pizza hut llandudno .pizzas are always delicious.the staff here are really lovely and freindly nothings too much trouble.really helpful

Buffet was extremely low on foods. Plenty of salad but not much selection of pizzas at all. After we had eaten more customers arrived and we noticed that the buffet was replenished with a full selection of pizzas etc.When I queried the reason for the lack of choice when we were wanting to eat, we were told because there wasn?t many people in the restaurant they weren?t allowed to put much out on the buffet! I have only been to Pizza Hut once before, a long time ago I can assure you that if this is how the service has deteriorated, I shan?t be hurrying back for a further visit.
Also there was no hot drinks available at all due to broken machine!

Service was awful. Not many staff. had to order from phone. The whole restaurant experience doesn't exist anymore. Very upsetting to see.

Both a review of the restaurant but also Pizza Hut in general. The restaurant appeared to be be messy and looked like it needed a clean. The salad bar was stripped of many of the options with most of the sauces being empty. As for the Hut itself the quality, quantity and value is awful; I can now see why they have closed so many stores. I won't be back any time soon.

Arrived at pizza hut, had booked a table for 5 online we were placed on a table for 4. We were told it was card only and that was fine. We sat down chose our food and waited for over 15 min nobody came to take our order. We then tried to order vie the QR code but the internet was terrible and was very slow. We ended up just leaving without ordering.

Pulled into the carpark. Grabbed a menu for takeaway. £19.45 for ONE individual Goats cheese pizza. Drove straight back out of the car park again.

Attentive and welcoming staff is key. I find my experience of eating food is enjoyable when there is kindness and a dedication to service.
