Wrong pizza delivered, wouldn't refund on the phone, contacted customer service who would not refund me either. Very disappointing experience.

You have to order and pay for your own food and drinks using their app and your phone. You are also expected to tip the staff IN ADVANCE of receiving any food or drink.
