I was looking for a slab for my garden wall for a bungalow we'd recently bought but it had to be a specific size and I couldn't find anywhere that sold that size, until I was pointed to MKM. Really helpful from the start, I was passed on to Jack who was amazing, sorted out getting a slab made to measure and delivered at a reasonable cost. Communication was excellent and Jack was always friendly and professional and helpful. Very very happy and thanks once again for going out of your way for us for 1 pesky slab haha!! Highly recommend ???

Emailed on a Monday. No reply. Apparently email address on webpage doesn't work. Called Wednesday and told delivery on Friday. No delivery by late Friday afternoon. Called and told next week. I wasn't happy so called head office. They weren't interested as it is a franchise, but they called local directors. They did respond and got delivery done. A director called me to make excuses.

I called today at the llandudno junction branch. I was completely blown away by your staff. Jason was a credit to your company he was polite understanding and completely professional. I?m not a builder and slightly nervous that I would make a complete idiot of myself. I should not have worried I was made comfortable by Jason kind and understanding manor. Thank you MKM Your staff do you proud.

Great. Ive shopped here for years, the heavy side and timber, and can't fault them. Very friendly and helpful, can do attitude. They deliver too if need be. As a woman I'm particularly pleased that there is no patronising either!

I Think they have better prices than the other local merchant but service is slightly inferior to them but still very good though.
